For IT Students it is a dream to work in MNC of IT companies and for those who have started career or yet to start as a Junior Software Engineer in a MNC will be eager and desperate to know the work environment and how the project be executed real-time within the organization so this document mainly focus on various areas like communication,ettiquette,Behaviour,Improving technical skills,Knowing Hierarchy Structure,Reporting and honing multiple skills which makes candidate to feel comfortable, and survive in this great corporate world.

15 commandments to be followed for success in corporate world
1. Know yourself, Roles & Responsibilities and nature of work.
2. Never hesitate and fear to seek guidance from colleagues whenever a task is new which haven't worked before because all are not born great.
3. Articulate, communicate and express your views with clarity and proper reasons in team or other meetings.
4. Knowledge is ocean and as you go deep inside then only one can find the depth of knowledge attained by us so always keep updating your primary skills of respective technology.
5. Share knowledge to others by giving internal training within the organization then only one can become SME (Subject Matter Expert) in a particular skill.
6. Know the communication procedure in case of any escalations tend to happen within the organization.
7. Know the communication procedure within your project.
8. An issue can become a risk if it not identified at early stage so similarly we need to defend ourselves with proper reasoning whenever our professional career is at risk due to unethical procedures like threatening etc and should escalate to respective authorities within the project or engagement.
9. Always learn and explore new technologies apart from your primary skill.
10. Try to know the pulse of your supervisor i.e. what are his/her expectations because in most of the cases what we do seems to be right according to our own expectations.
11. Apart from professional career spend some valuable time in focusing on personal interests where it can open several doors for us.
12. Always be happy, healthy and positive attitude.
13. Know the priority of task and act upon it.
14. No matter the level of task it is not important how we are doing the task rather than how innovative the task is being done.
15. Don’t hesitate to take responsibility moreover how huge/risk the task is unless and until we take initiative we will not be knowing the intricacies and challenges which later can be learning’s and leads to fruitful results.
